Consulting services are being provided to assist Florida small businesses with a no-interest cash infusion to bridge the gap between economic injury from the oil spill and the eventual receipt of larger, longer-term sources of assistance such as BP claim payments, federal disaster assistance, or insurance claim proceeds.
