Meeting Held at the Tampa Convention Center for Minority Owned and Small Businesses. The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) through its Florida Rail Enterprise hosted a public information session at the Tampa Convention Center, on Tuesday August 31st. Rail Enterprise officials, explained how minority owned and small businesses can be part of a team to bid on Florida’s high speed rail project connecting Tampa to Orlando.
