Why Attend Training at the Tampa SBDC?

The University of South Florida Small Business Development Center offers seminars presented by industry professionals with expert knowledge in the subject being presented. Benefit from a business professional with real world experience that can help you along the journey of running a successful business.

What should I expect from the Training Seminar?

Generally, seminars range from two to three and a half hours in length and come with all of the resources you need to leave with new information to assist you with your business. Just come with a pen or pencil to take notes, everything else will be provided for you.

Where Do I Attend Training?

The USF Small Business Development Center offers training at the main office in Tampa. Please visit the SBDC Locations page for directions and for other SBDC Locations near you.

How do I Register for a Tampa Training Seminar?

You can register for a seminar right now from your computer. All registrations must be completed online. Visit the training calendar and select the training seminar you would like to attend. Then just click on the �register� link and follow the steps presented. If a seminar includes a fee, you will be directed to our online payment system

How do I Pay for a Seminar?

All payments should be made through the registration link on the specific course description webpage. Our website accepts Visa and MasterCard for payments.

How do I get a Refund for my Course Payment?

The Small Business Development Center at USF does not issue refunds for unattended courses/seminars. If you are unable to attend, please contact our office as soon as possible.  You will receive a credit for this course that expires six months from the date of the original seminar.  Your credit will enable you to take the same seminar at a later date.
